Description de la mission
The main pillars of the mission are:
• Support PSA NA's distribution strategy
• Deliver market-best customer satisfaction
• Implement on a timely basis the complete AFS department of PSA NA
Establish comprehensive planning of PSA NA's Aftersales (AFS) department deployment and execute its implementation:
• Identify all necessary activities to support the business plan
• Identify the solutions for each and their planning of execution
• Engage with relevant supporting resources (internal or external) to deliver each activity
• Make sure each solution supports the overall strategy, the customer journey, and the customer satisfaction objectives
Secure the Service Partners' capacity to operate
• Training to define and organize
• Workshops' equipment to implement
• Supporting technical field structure to establish
Determine and implement the AFS organization required to deliver PSA NA's strategy
• Establish innovative organization chart, job description, working processes
• Parts logistics to implement
Secure a full integration of the After-Sales IT systems within PSA Corporate structure
• Warranty processes in place
• All parts and technical documentations in place
Product Quality and other Legal issues
• Give all input to make sure development of future products meet AFS-related legal requirements
• Have recall campaigns procedures in place for launch
• Have quality processes and customer relations management implemented
Profil
• Proven track record of successful establishment or consolidation of AFS operations in North America
• Proven appreciation of the Customer Satisfaction drivers
• Creative, proactive, autonomous, disruptor mindset, able to drive change, yet bringing solid and documented recommendations
• Business driven, including appreciation of investors' own business case
• Used to working in a highly collaborative, agile and lean environment
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office with a demonstrated ability to produce and present convincing yet synthetic supporting decks
• French speaking a nice-to-have but not a necessity
