The Digital Experience &amp; Engagement Insights Manager is the Regional expert responsible for understanding how customers interact with Stellantis digital ecosystem and how this behaviour impacts the full commercial funnel

How landing pages, offers and CTAs impact LFAs, Leads, Offers, and Orders
How digital quality supports customer centricity, conquest and loyalty 

The mission is to ensure clear, data-driven visibility on digital performance and turn digital signals into actionable commercial recommendations for Markets, Brands, Digital Operations and RMPE leadership

RESPONSIBILITIES 
1. Digital Engagement Performance &amp; Customer Journey Diagnostics 
Own endtoend analysis of customer engagement across all digital touchpoints 
Monitor and interpret key KPIs: 
-Bounce rate 
-Scroll depth 
-Time on page 
-Interaction and CTA engagement 
-Configurator usage 
-Dealer locator &amp; stock search 
Detect drops and diagnose root causes: 
-Traffic / Engagement 
-Offer visibility gaps 
-UX friction 
-Broken CTAs or forms 
-Slow or unresponsive pages 
Produce rapid diagnostics when funnel signals deteriorate

2. Link Digital Experience to Commercial Funnel Performance 
Build the connection between: Sessions, Engagement, LFAs, Leads, Offers, Orders 
Identify which digital components (creative, layout, form, traffic source) are limiting progression
Flag digital issues that directly impact: 
-lead volume 
-cost per lead 
-conversion to offer/order 
-customer satisfaction 

3. Weekly, Monthly &amp; Quarterly Reporting 
Deliver digital insights in the Weekly Regional Funnel Alerts (Brand + Market)
Provide clear, concise explanations of digitaldriven performance movements
Contribute deep-dive digital analyses to: 
-Monthly performance governance 
-Quarterly reviews 
-Commercial steering committees 
Elevate critical risks and propose clear mitigation strategies

4. CrossFunctional Advisory &amp; Commercial Recommendations 
Act as digital advisor for Funnel management 
Recommend concrete actions: 
-Offer visibility improvements 
-Landing-page restructuring 
-Creative hierarchy optimizations 
-A/B tests and UX enhancements 
-Simplification of customer journey flow 
Ensure digital experience supports:

5. Tier 1/2 Market Support &amp; Escalation 
Provide 48h diagnostic support to Tier 1 markets (FR, IT, DE, UK, ES) and T2 markets
Investigate immediate underperformance signals and coordinate corrective actions
Track recovery and ensure issues are fully resolved

6. Collaboration With Digital Ops, CRM &amp; Media 
Work with Digital Operations to address:
-UX issues 
-content updates 
-routing/technical errors

As a Marketing Product Manager for Alfa Romeo &amp; Lancia you're a member of the Premium Cluster Department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
In this role you will be a key player in the brand team, managing the most important aspect for the business: the product. You are responsible for all assets linked to the commercial performance of Alfa Romeo &amp; Lancia products, starting with securing a competitive positioning of your products within the Dutch market and making sure that commercial actions are in line with customer expectations on all market channels. 
Within this position, you will report to the Brand Director for the Premium Cluster (Alfa Romeo, Lancia and DS Automobiles).

The role is located in the Amsterdam office and offers a hybrid working environment (minimum 2 days at the office, 3 days home office). 

Your contribution : 
•	Defining the local launch strategy, including setting prices, representing your products during internal and external presentations and explaining your local strategy to HQ.
•	Creating a commercial action plan based on market trends and evolutions.
•	Managing financial results and being responsible for the commercial margin of your products.
•	Managing the product content and communications, ensuring it is in line with target audience needs and contributes to commercial performance.
•	Conducting analyses on the market, segments, sales channels, and performance of the respective car lines. 
•	Collaborating with other marketing teams to contribute to successful quarterly campaigns and cross-carline product initiatives.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
What makes you a great fit:

• A minimum HBO Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Administration or Economics.

• At least 3-5 years of hands-on experience in (Automotive) Product Marketing, with a strong understanding of the marketing mix (4 Ps).

• Practical experience with MS Office with strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into product and pricing strategies.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes :

3. Mener les expertises de fin d'essai

Analyser les mesures afin d'évaluer la conformité et la représentativité de l'essai au regard des exigences, et assurer la corrélation calculs–essais.
Réaliser l'expertise visuelle conformément au guide dédié.
Établir une cotation des pièces en fonction des endommagements constatés et des objectifs d'essai.
Organiser, lorsque requis, des expertises conjointes avec le fournisseur sur site.
Déterminer les pièces nécessitant des investigations approfondies (métrologie et/ou analyse matériaux), assurer leur envoi aux services compétents ou au fournisseur, et tracer ces opérations.
Analyser les résultats de métrologie, d'analyses matériaux ou de retours fournisseurs avant intégration dans le compte‑rendu d'expertise.
Émettre l'état d'approbation de l'essai.
Diffuser le rapport complet d'expertise et la conclusion aux parties prenantes.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Le rôle requiert :
- BAC à BAC+2 minimum avec formation avec dominante mécanique

1.	Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
2.	Proven (5+ years) experience in mobile app development for iOS and Android platforms, with a strong portfolio of released applications.

4.	Experience with CI/CD tooling, Jenkins, Teamcity or GitHub actions.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Direct From Supplier (DFS) model is a key enabler of Stellantis Aftersales strategy, allowing products to be shipped directly from suppliers to customers while maintaining full commercial, financial, and service control.
We are looking for a DFS Program Manager to lead and continuously improve this model across multiple European markets.
 This role sits within Product Marketing / Aftersales and operates at the intersection of business, operations, systems, finance, supply chain, and suppliers.
You will act as a central coordinator and program owner, ensuring smooth DFS execution, strong system performance, and alignment across internal teams, markets, and partners — with a direct impact on customer experience, operational efficiency, and business growth. 


WHAT YOU WILL DO

•	Own the end‑to‑end DFS program, from strategy and roadmap definition to rollout and continuous optimization across markets
•	Ensure operational excellence across order management, logistics coordination, delivery performance, invoicing accuracy, and customer experience
•	Monitor DFS KPIs (lead time, delivery performance, backorders, cost‑to‑serve, revenue and margins) and drive corrective actions when needed 
•	Act as business reference for Stellantis aftersales systems involved in DFS flows, with a strong focus on CSPS and connected platforms
•	Map, review, and optimize DFS processes in collaboration with IT and operational teams
•	Identify system or process gaps, propose improvements, and support testing and rollout of enhancements
•	Be the main point of contact for DFS suppliers on operational topics, performance reviews, catalogue alignment, and issue resolution
•	Support markets during DFS onboarding and adoption, including training and local process integration
•	Ensure consistency and accuracy of product data, pricing, and availability across participating countrie
•	Oversee the correct execution of the triangular invoicing model (Supplier → Stellantis → Customer)
•	Work closely with Finance, Accounting, and Tax teams to ensure compliance and financial accuracy
•	Support reconciliation activities and resolution of invoicing discrepancies
•	Identify opportunities to expand the DFS offer, improve service levels, and increase customer satisfaction
•	Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis to support strategic decisions
•	Drive cross‑functional improvement initiatives focused on lead‑time reduction, supplier performance, and digitalization &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
•	3–7 years of experience in Aftersales, Supply Chain, Program Management, Product Marketing, or related roles
•	Experience in automotive or industrial B2B environments is a plus
•	Comfortable working with complex systems and data‑driven processes Solid understanding of ordering flows, supplier integration, and logistics processes
•	Familiarity with invoicing and financial flows (triangular models are a plus)
•	Strong analytical skills and confidence working with KPIs, Excel, and BI tools
•	Fluent English required; additional languages are a plus
•	Strong cross‑functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills

•	Analyze end-to-end aftersales service processes for B2B customers and identify improvement opportunities.
•	Provide consultative support to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and enhance service performance.
•	Support customers in the adoption and effective use of digital tools, including the mobile service platform.
•	Prepare and analyze KPIs, dashboards, and regular performance reports related to service quality and compliance.
•	Present insights and results during customer review meetings, service performance sessions, and workshops.
•	Propose improvement actions and follow up on implementation and results.
•	Contribute to the continuous improvement of internal aftersales processes and service models.
•	Share customer feedback and market insights to support service, product, and process development.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or related fields.

As Retailer Marketing Coordinator, you're a member of the Customer Management Office (CMO) department of Stellantis Nederland B.V.
Your mission consists of coordinating the retailer marketing activities with brand teams, CMO and agency responsible for retailer marketing execution within the Customer Management Office, with the aim of increasing traffic, engagement, sales, and customer satisfaction in the Netherlands.

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for an Agentic AI &amp; Tool Developer to design, develop and maintain autonomous AI solutions across the E2E Supply Chain.
In this role, you will enable advanced reasoning, planning and automation, helping solve complex business problems in a global and highly dynamic environment. You will work closely with business stakeholders, Data Scientists and Engineering teams to deliver production ready AI agents integrated into enterprise systems and workflows.



WHAT YOU WILL DO

As an Agentic AI &amp; Tool Developer, you will:

•	Design and develop autonomous AI agents capable of reasoning, planning and tool usage to support Supply Chain business processes.
•	Integrate AI agents with enterprise data sources, APIs and systems, ensuring robustness and scalability.
•	Deliver AI driven use cases aligned with real business needs and measurable outcomes.
•	Collaborate closely with Data, AI and Engineering teams throughout the full development lifecycle.
•	Contribute to production deployment of AI solutions and continuous improvement of AI tooling.
•	Support knowledge sharing and training on specific AI or data science topics (e.g. NLP, Computer Vision, Time Series).&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
WHO YOU ARE

You are a curious and analytical professional who enjoys building intelligent systems and working in collaborative environments. You bring:
•	Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science or related fields (PhD is a plus).
•	5+ years of experience in Software Engineering and/or AI Engineering roles.
•	A proactive mindset and ability to work effectively within a team based setting.
•	Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
•	The ability to explain complex AI concepts to non technical stakeholders when needed.
•	Hands on experience in agentic AI system development (planning, reasoning, memory, tool usage).
•	Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
•	Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering and agent frameworks.
•	API integration and connectivity with enterprise systems.
•	Familiarity with at least one major Big Data platform (e.g. Spark, Databricks, Snowflake).
•	Advanced expertise in at least one AI domain such as Natural Language Processing or Machine Learning.
•	Experience with platforms such as Databricks, Palantir or Foundry.

The Customer Journey Optimization Manager owns the performance of the customer journey on the website and connected digital tools used by both online visitors and offline sales teams. 
Based on issues and opportunities identified by Performance Marketing and Market teams, this role is accountable for defining and driving concrete improvements to the site journey, ensuring it effectively supports customer needs and sales outcomes.
The role focuses on how well the website and all other digital touch point performs as a journey, from first visit to lead handover to sales.
Key Responsibilities
•	Own the performance of the site-centric customer journey and related digital touchpoints (shopping tools, forms, dealer locator,…)
•	Act on insights provided by Performance Marketing and Market teams regarding journey issues and gaps identified by marketing performance analysis and user centric surveys
•	Define, prioritize, and drive optimization actions on site flows, tools, and touchpoints
•	Improve site level KPIs: user satisfaction, goal completion rate, funnel conversion, and lead capture
•	Coordinate with Regional Marketing, ICT, and UX teams to implement journey improvements
•	Work closely with multiple brands, markets, and marketing entities to ensure alignment and scalability of journey optimizations
•	Track the impact of delivered actions on site and journey performance KPIs&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Hard Skills
•	Strong understanding of website performance, customer journeys, and conversion optimization
•	Hands on Experience with digital analytics and performance KPIs (e.g. funnel conversion, goal completion, lead performance)
•	Hands on experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools (e.g. Dynamic Yeld, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Google Optimize or equivalent)

Le poste proposé se situe dans l'entité R&amp;D en charge de la conception physique et fonctionnelle des véhicules. Au sein du pôle « Physical Architecture and Concepts », au carrefour de tous les métiers de conception, l'équipe Plateforme est le cœur du réacteur de la synthèse automobile, en assurant les constructions techniques de la plateforme véhicule, depuis l'avant-projet jusqu'à la fin du développement.
Le concepteur CAO assure la synthèse architecture / implantation d'une zone du véhicule dont il a la responsabilité (par exemple, le bloc avant partie gauche ou droite, la zone batterie de traction, la zone train arrière, etc ..). Il propose des constructions techniques en co-conception avec les bureaux d'étude partenaires. Il prend en compte les enjeux de qualité, les exigences de prestations, les contraintes de fabrication et les critères de convergence géométrique, tout en optimisant la diversité technique, le coût et le délai.
Il participe à l'amélioration des processus et des outils utilisés.

Ses principales activités sont :
• Construire des volumes alloués, limites de conception et enveloppes de débattement
• Effectuer les analyses CAO en cohérence avec les standards Stellantis et les contraintes de conception des pièces
• Proposer des solutions techniques et CAO associées.
• Réaliser des études concurrence pour comparer les concepts.
• Construire et mettre à disposition son environnement de travail CAO.
• Animer des réunions de convergence géométrique avec les métiers partenaires,
• Rédiger les dossiers d'analyse et compte rendus de réunion
• Rédiger des retours d'expérience en fin de projet

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Battery Cell Engineer to join our innovation team. As Cell Design Technical Leader, you will play a pivotal role in the internal cell design for next generation Disruptive technology battery cells. You will be responsible for designing, specifying, prototyping cells (on a protoline situated in Grenoble) and testing them, as well as optimizing their performance for automotive applications. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the advancements of Stellantis electrification efforts.

MISSION
- Assess the disruptive technologies in cell electrochemistry for automotive application from the technical performance points of view.
- Lead relationships with different partners (academics, startups, cell manufacturers, material providers)
- Build and disseminate the mid and long terms roadmaps for cell electrochemistry technologies and designs.

ACTIVITIES
- Understand, capitalize and disseminate the fundamentals of cell solid state chemistry and various disruptive designs.
- Scout, analyze and assess promising disruptive technologies or concepts
- Evaluate internal cell design, new cell materials &amp; processus with dedicated experimental and/or numerical methodologies and tools.
- Assess the technologies thanks to the Technology Readiness Level (TRL) evaluations with requiring performances assessment in virtual testing of proposed cells, including cost &amp; LCA assessments. To process the TRL gates and deliver on time.
Build a set of requirements for an external cell maker, for Disruptive cells products and related processes.
Lead a multi-skilled team on a given cell engineering system (coordination &amp; synthesis) according to cell design, integration and validation.
Participate to innovation projects that gathers all skills to design innovative cell designs.
Support and participate to cell prototyping in Grenoble
Exchange and validate results with technical advanced and core teams, expertise network and project stakeholders.
Arbitrate decisions on relative perimeter and to escalate major gaps that require higher level arbitration.
Participate to mid and long terms roadmaps for cell electrochemistry in accordance with the internal expertise networks.
Design tool and models for cell internal design and related new Disruptive technologies assessment.
Write scientific papers and patents.
Manage partner relationships.
Propose and execute contracts with industrial and academic partners.
Supervise PhD student, apprentice and/or intern.
