ABOUT THE ROLE

As Junior Go to Market Specialist, you will support the rollout and adoption of Stellantis' digital catalogues and BI tools across the Independent Aftermarket (IAM) in Enlarge Europe.

You will work at the intersection of digital products, markets, and commercial teams, helping national sales companies, distributors and repairers get the most value from our solutions — from parts identification to sales conversion.

This role is ideal for a junior profile looking to grow in a digital, international and 
business oriented environment, with strong exposure to product, data and go to market
topics.


WHAT YOU WILL DO

•	Support the execution of go to market plans for digital catalogues and BI tools across European markets
•	Contribute to launch activities, training materials, communication content and sales enablement assets
•	Help adapt go to market actions to different market needs, maturity levels and business models
•	Support trainings and knowledge sharing sessions with national sales companies, distributors and workshops
•	Monitor usage and adoption KPIs, identify improvement areas and support corrective actions with local teams
•	Share best practices to improve the customer journey from identification to quotation and sales
•	Collect structured feedback from markets and key users
•	Help identify gaps related to data quality, coverage or user experience
•	Collaborate with Product Owners and Data teams to prioritize improvements
•	Work closely with Product, Data, IT, Aftersales Marketing and IAM Business teams
•	Act as a bridge between market needs and digital product development&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
•	Bachelor or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Data or Digital disciplines
•	0–3 years of experience in digital products, go to market, commercial operations or related areas
•	International exposure is a plus
•	Interest in digital tools, data and product adoption
•	Ability to analyze KPIs and turn data into insights
•	Good command of Excel, dashboards and reporting tools

JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Software Architecture Engineer, you will work on real-world embedded systems and contribute to next-generation vehicle platforms. You will collaborate with experienced architects and engineers, gaining hands-on experience in designing and integrating large-scale automotive software systems, while helping shape the software foundation of High-Performance Computers (HPC) and Zonal Control Units (ZCU).

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Job Responsibilities include:
•Contribute to the design of the SW Requirements and Architecture for High-Performance Computer (HPC) and Zone Control Unit (ZCU), across all layers (drivers, middleware, frameworks, and communication protocols)
•Support the definition of HPC/ZCU key system functionalities such as start-up/shut-down, fault detection, Hypervisor configuration, virtual machine interaction, power, thermal, and resource management
•Contribute to the definition and tracking of system KPIs and resource allocation (RAM, Flash, CPU, GPU, NPU) across software releases 
•Participate in technical discussions and architecture reviews, contributing to performance, reliability, and maintainability improvements 
•Contribute to the design and evolution of Base Software (BSW) architecture and platform components across vehicle programs
•Support the development of scalable and maintainable software platforms for next-generation ECUs 
•Collaborate closely with Hardware Architects and Base Software teams to define software requirements and architecture
•Work with application software architects to support the integration of applications into HPC and ZCU platforms

 Basic Qualifications: 
•	Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or similar
•	5+ years of experience in embedded software development and/or architecture, preferably in automotive environments
•	Good understanding of AUTOSAR architecture (Classic and/or Adaptive) and Base Software concepts
•	Experience with AUTOSAR BSW configuration and/or integration
•	Experience with embedded software development in C/C++
•	Familiarity with embedded operating systems (e.g., AUTOSAR OS, Linux, QNX)
•	Experience working with microcontrollers, SoCs, hardware interfaces and device driver development (e.g. PWM, DIO, SPI, CAN-FD, UART, SPI, LVDS, GPIO)
•	Experience working with multi-core ECU architectures and performance optimization
•	Knowledge of automotive communication protocols (e.g., CAN, LIN, Ethernet) and Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA) design 
•	Understanding of software architecture and system design principles
•	Experience with software integration, debugging, and testing in embedded environments
•	Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., IBM Rational DOORS Next Generation (DNG) or similar)
•	Experience with software modeling tools (e.g., UML, Enterprise Architect, Rhapsody) is a plus
•	Familiarity with automotive development processes (e.g., ASPICE)
•	Strong collaboration skills and ability to work in cross-functional and international teams

Preferred Qualifications: 
•	Experience in one or more of the following domains: ADAS, Infotainment, Connected Services, Body, or Chassis
•	Experience with software development tools and workflows (e.g., Git, Jira, CI/CD environments)

• Identifier et documenter les anomalies observées à l'aide d'outils d'acquisition embarqués

• Participer aux réunions de suivi des défauts, en lien avec les équipes de conception, pour assurer leur traitement et leur correction.

• Rédiger des rapports d'essais clairs et synthétiques, contribuant à la traçabilité et à l'amélioration continue.

• Analyser et optimiser les gammes d'essais : vous serez amené(e) à étudier leur pertinence, leur couverture fonctionnelle, et à proposer des évolutions pour gagner en efficacité.

• Rédiger des procédures de test pour valider les nouvelles fonctions liées à la gestion énergétique du véhicule.

BSG (Belt-Starter-Generator) components are used in 48V architecture for engine cranking, energy recovery and boosting. 
These systems are relevant for enhancing engine performance, efficiency, and improved emission. 
The BSG's ACE is responsible is responsible to support the eDrive Chief Engineer in coordinating the program execution and the deliverables in coherence with timing and content targets.
Ensure the achievement of all the program's KPIs in terms of cost,timing, efficiency, performances, NVH, EMC, safety and compliance in the BSG perimeter. 

Responsibilities
•Oversight the development and production release of the assigned system: hardware and SW readiness, mechanical and electrical integration, build, validation, ED&amp;D, DVPR, Change Management, etc 
•Inter functional coordination of technical departments involved in project target achievement 
•Technical Interface to Propulsion System Chief Engineer, Vehicle Integration, Purchasing, EE, Controls, Calibration, Compliance and Homologation, Quality, Suppliers, Manufacturing Engineering and Plants

JOB DESCRIPTION
The Electrified Powertrain Controls Engineer will work within a Centre Of Excellence (CoE) belonging to the Product Release Centre (PRC) Electrified Propulsion Controls and he will contribute in the development of electrified powertrain systems for current and next-generation electrified powertrains for Stellantis vehicles. 

The ideal candidate, who is a strong team player and willing to work in a fast paced environment, will have experience in modern and classical control strategies with a powertrain subsystem application (engine, transmission, electric motors, thermal, charging, etc.). Being system focused and having interdisciplinary experience, the ideal candidate must be able to significantly contribute to the development of hybrid operating strategies in the area of torque management, thermal management, energy management &amp; charging, monitoring and remedial action, and diagnostics.

•Reading of the high level requirements related to the intended vehicle-level behavior. 
•Designing the appropriate control algorithm that fulfills the functional objectives.

Job Description
The Virtual Analysis Durability Engineer will work within Propulsion Systems Virtual Engineering team and collaborate with Product Release Centers (PRCs) and with other Stellantis cross-functional teams to support product development and methodological activities through CAE (Computer Aided Engineering) in the area of stress and fatigues analysis. This position reports to the Virtual Analysis Lead of the discipline. Robust technical, interpersonal and team leadership skills are essential. 

Activities
The responsibility of the Advanced Virtual Analysis Engineer will include, but not limited to:
•Develop and validate FE (Finite Element) models for structural analysis.
•Execute simulation on Propulsion Systems components / sub-systems and systems for structural (stress and fatigue) under multiple loads (semi-static, deterministic, road input and random excitations) and time steps combinations.
•Perform optimization analysis aimed to ensure the best trade-off over performances (durability, NVH, weight, ..).
•Execute detailed studies including root cause analysis on issues, identification and validation of enablers for meeting the target.
•Perform correlation activities aimed to demonstrate the virtual analysis confidence level.
•Coordinate execution of CAE activities for propulsion systems program(s) including timely delivery of status vs target and proactive identification / validation of enablers.
•Technical synthesis, reporting and communication with clear takeaways, executive summary and, if needed, risk mitigation plan.
•Direct interaction with STLA stakeholders for all the steering activities: input data collection, assumptions validation, results revision and communication.

•Master of Science in Engineering (Mechanical, Aerospace, Industrial, Applied Physics, or related Engineering field).
•Thorough knowledge of the English language including both written and oral communication.

Description of Function relative to PSDP Process:
In advanced project, Project or serial, builds and ensure the project's cost commitment, consolidates all economic elements of the project to reach the targets and ensure the cost/performance ratio is optimal. Manages all actions with a potential cost impact. 

Accountable for:
•Structure the project cost management activity according to the “Job share”, “Pay share” and RASI, as determined by the different project partners (COP and zones) 
•Monitor design according to the cost objective to ensure that the TPC-Investment is optimal related to the other project objectives (performance, quality, delay, R&amp;D expenses) 
•Provide Advanced project/ Project/ Serial life Economical reporting : TPC Forecast and potential, expenses and Investment status compared to the target . 
•Provide component target to Purchasing compliant with the global target to GPSC 
•Build and monitor Risk and Opportunity portfolio ( project and serial life) 
•Lead cost convergence plans to reach the targets 
•Build Transformation Cost contract with Manufacturing in project 
•Build the Investment contract for Make and buy 
•Manage the yearly Investment and Expenses and report to VEMO controlling: 
•Monthly breakdown budget for Y+1, forecast F1 and F2 
•Landing for expenses 
•Analysis of actuals and convergence plan 
Significant support in:
•Ensure the financial relationship with the partner within Cooperation projects (economic convergence, contract approval, reporting to the cooperation authorities)

FUNCIONES PRINCIPALES 
El Ingeniero/a, en calidad de manager y persona responsable jerárquica y funcional de una Unidad de Producción, asegurará la realización del programa diario de producción con los niveles de calidad requeridos, garantizando la adecuada aplicación de los estándares definidos y favoreciendo la cohesión de su equipo. 
Tomará decisiones que repercutirán directamente en los resultados, teniendo como funciones principales las siguientes: 
•	Alcanzar el cumplimiento de los objetivos establecidos de su área de responsabilidad, en cuanto a producción, calidad y costes.

Mission :
Au sein de la direction ingéniérie de Stellantis, vous intégrerez l'équipe en charge du développement des bancs Hardware in the loop du domaine propulsion. 

Vous travaillerez en France dans un contexte internationale (NA/SA/ Italie, Maroc, Roumanie, Chine, ..)
Votre mission consistera à développer et mettre au point des bancs hardware in the loop de validation pour différents types de calculateurs du groupe moto propulseur électrifié.

Vos responsabilités : 
Faire les cahiers des charges pour l'acquisition des nouveaux bancs si besoins
Réaliser la conception et la réalisation des configurations pour les bancs composants ou system
S'assurer du fonctionnement des modèles HIL sur ces bancs
Apporter du soutien aux utilisateurs des bancs 
Assurer la maintenabilité des bancs sous sa responsabilité
Faire un reporting hebdomadaire vers le manager et l'équipe&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Diplôme d'ingénieur en électronique, systèmes embarqués, électrotechnique ou équivalent.
Maîtrise des outils de modélisation (Matlab/Simulink), des environnement Hardware in the loop logiciel (Configurationdesk/ Controldesk / Automationdesk) et HW 
Capacité à travailler en environnement international et multiculturel.
Anglais technique courant indispensable.&lt;br /&gt;
