•	Act as business reference for Stellantis aftersales systems involved in DFS flows, with a strong focus on CSPS and connected platforms
•	Map, review, and optimize DFS processes in collaboration with IT and operational teams
•	Identify system or process gaps, propose improvements, and support testing and rollout of enhancements
•	Be the main point of contact for DFS suppliers on operational topics, performance reviews, catalogue alignment, and issue resolution
•	Support markets during DFS onboarding and adoption, including training and local process integration
•	Ensure consistency and accuracy of product data, pricing, and availability across participating countrie

•	Support reconciliation activities and resolution of invoicing discrepancies
•	Identify opportunities to expand the DFS offer, improve service levels, and increase customer satisfaction
•	Conduct benchmarking and performance analysis to support strategic decisions
•	Drive cross‑functional improvement initiatives focused on lead‑time reduction, supplier performance, and digitalization

•	Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or similar
