The newly shaped Software Organization is currently seeking brilliant AD Simulation Senior Software Developers to join the Autonomous Driving software team. 
As an AD Simulation Senior Software Developer you will be required to develop, integrate and deploy clean and highly scalable code for our SiL platform to test and validate our Autonomous Driving stack. Basic Qualifications:

The Team
The Perception and Fusion team within AI/AD is building the core functionalities to allow our vehicle to perceive the world around it and to make the right decision in every situation. The AD Virtual Validation Team Lead will interact with all the testing stakeholders and coordinate the team activities for the creation of Scenarios of test, definition of test platforms such as SIL and HIL and implementation of tests in order to guarantee the coverage of customer requirements for the different ADAS/AD features. He will technically drive the team direction for the usage of the different test platform toolchains to execute the validation testing. He will work to improve test automation for the team from all perspectives, including data analysis to flag potential issues, discover root cause and implement corrective actions. His input will be the SWX/ADX Test Strategy and he will drive the team to cover it. 



The ideal candidate for this position is a strong team leader willing to work in a fast-paced environment. He/She will coordinate the Virtual Validation team to quickly debug and resolve test issues as well as report software/hardware defects. He/She must be able to provide structured feedback to project managers on assigned tasks as well as contribute to process improvements, test methodology and operations for the team. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;

Basic Requirements :

●	Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Robotics, Mechatronics or similar.
●	Good modern C++ programming skills
●	Solid command of the most common data structures and algorithms
●	Proficient in Linux OS
●	Good foundations of one or more of the following: Linear Algebra, Kinematics and Optimization
●	Good communication, collaboration, analytical and problem-solving skills
●	Fluent in English 

Nice to have :
●	Knowledge of software design methods and latest software quality standards (MISRA, SPICE)
●	Knowledge of AUTOSAR classic and adaptive platform
●	Knowledge of Git/GitHub or other versioning tools

To achieve its ambitions, the new Software Organization is seeking a motivated and adaptable Project leader to operate for one of the four main innovative areas which compose the future of our onboard and offboard solutions: 
-	our future Electrical Architecture (STLA Brain), 
-	the next generation of autonomous driving solution (STLA AutoDrive), 
-	the future of connectivity and infotainment (STLA SmartCocpkit), 
-	and all the Connected services and digital solutions.
Your Role
Directly reporting to the Chief Engineer of any of the programs mentioned above, and in strong relation with our engineering and strategy divisions, you will have the full responsibility to deliver the features, components and/or subsystems on a given perimeter, according to the expected Quality, Costs, Timing, Performance objectives and the expected Purchasing and Industrial orientations. 
You will mainly interact with the Strategy division, the Product teams, the Engineering entities, the Production plants and the Purchasing team.

Your responsibilities
You will perform the global delivery of the solution with respect to vehicle program timelines and the overall project schedule, by coordinating all the skills and abilities at your disposal.
You will lead the solution scope definition, the staffing phase, and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value. 
You will create and lead effective communication across development teams and all the project stakeholders, organize and lead solution status and working meetings, prepare and distribute progress reports, then relate constructively to all levels of an organization while managing risks and issues.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Your basic qualifications
You have a bachelor's degree and can prove a minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in any domain related to software and a customer-oriented product (consumer electronics industry….), with exposure to product development organizations, engineering teams and operations.
Your English is fluent, and a second language would be a plus.
You have a good understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices. Ideally, you can blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment.
You display strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team-building skills. You have experience collaborating with diverse teams to build successful solutions. 

The experience you bring
Your experience in the automotive sector would be a plus, but not mandatory. 
Your experience in other fields will give you the opportunity to challenge our models and bring disruption to our software-driven way of thinking. 
You have already been successfully involved in any Project management role related to future mobility solutions, with a proven track of records.
You have a sufficient level of technical background to provide credible leadership to development teams and to be able to evaluate complex project risks and issues accurately and objectively.
You are strong in building long-lasting and trusted relations with your working relations.

Responsibilities to include: 
●	A custodian for the Agile values, pillars and best practices who ensures scrum framework is understood by everyone and used as intended
●	Accountable for the Scrum team effectiveness
●	Protects the team, helps remove impediments to successful implementation, and keeps them focused and committed to the task at hand
●	Helps the Product Owner maximize the value delivered to ensure business objectives are met
●	Foster team's continuous improvement while letting it grow on self organization and autonomy
●	Promote agile software development best practices 
●	Facilitates the team Scrum and SaFE events (especially in a remote global environment)
●	Work with the other Scrum Masters, RTEs and Agile Coaches to develop, implement and collect team metrics and KPIs, evaluate team metrics and make recommendations to teams for improvements 
●	Track dependencies and plan lean approaches to remove them
●	Advocate agile methodology and practices benefits to all the other stakeholders and departments&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Preferred Qualifications: 
●	Master's degree 
●	3+ years agile experience including practical experience in the Scrum master role within an Agile team and in a scaled agile environment
●	ScrumMaster and/or Agile and/or SaFE certifications 
●	Working knowledge of Agile collaborative tool environments such as JIRA, CodeBeamer, Confluence or similar
●	Working knowledge of visualization and agile events facilitation tools like Mural, Miro, whiteboards or similar
