Stellantis's Software Organization (SWx) was established to build the most captivating experiences in the latest frontiers of Automotive Technology. As part of that foundation we are investing to rapidly grow our capabilities within the field of Automated Driving. We are seeking an Automated Driving Virtual Validation engineer working on Statistical Validation and Functional Reprocessing for L2-L3 test activities. Statistical Validation is a new branch of Core SW Virtual V&V that is out to validate the Statistical requirements of L2+/L3 features. In Statistical Validation, it is expected to identify the requirements that need to be tested with a variation of different input parameters and create the Logical Scenarios to evaluate the requirements. In this area we require an engineer with a background in computer science focusing on simulations in ADAS/AD and preferably, with a demonstrated knowledge of Validation Process. The nominated engineer will have a chance to collaborate with a global team working on a very new and challenging task to discover the Statistical Validation and Functional Reprocessing areas. The ideal candidate for this position is a self-productive person who can create the test cases in statistical validation and validate it through local simulations and the toolchains. He/she will need to be able to write the test cases in python and debug and resolve the test issues with required tools. He/she will need to evaluate the new possible pipelines entering the company. He/she must provide structured feedback to the team lead and support the team for resolving the problems for new statistical test cases.

Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Computer Science, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering or equivalent engineering degree from an ABET accredited university 2 or more years of experience in software DevOps or CI/CD Proved experience using simulators or commercial simulation tools for ADAS/AD, 3 years of proactive coding experience in C++, Python Demonstrated knowledge about software testing toolsets and languages. The newly shaped Software Organization is currently seeking brilliant AD Simulation Software Developers to join the Autonomous Driving software team. As an AD Simulation Software Developer you will be required to develop, integrate and deploy clean and highly scalable code for our SiL platform to test and validate our Autonomous Driving stack. You will also develop solutions to orchestrate large-scale simulations on-premise and on-cloud platforms to ensure the reliability of the future L2 and L3 autonomous driving product through testing for billions of kilometers.

To achieve its ambitions, the new Software Organization is seeking a motivated and adaptable Project leader to operate for one of the four main innovative areas which compose the future of our onboard and offboard solutions: - our future Electrical Architecture (STLA Brain), - the next generation of autonomous driving solution (STLA AutoDrive), - the future of connectivity and infotainment (STLA SmartCocpkit), - and all the Connected services and digital solutions. Your Role Directly reporting to the Chief Engineer of any of the programs mentioned above, and in strong relation with our engineering and strategy divisions, you will have the full responsibility to deliver the features, components and/or subsystems on a given perimeter, according to the expected Quality, Costs, Timing, Performance objectives and the expected Purchasing and Industrial orientations. You will mainly interact with the Strategy division, the Product teams, the Engineering entities, the Production plants and the Purchasing team. Your responsibilities You will perform the global delivery of the solution with respect to vehicle program timelines and the overall project schedule, by coordinating all the skills and abilities at your disposal. Your basic qualifications You have a bachelor's degree and can prove a minimum of 5 to 8 years of professional experience in any domain related to software and a customer-oriented product (consumer electronics industry….), with exposure to product development organizations, engineering teams and operations. Your English is fluent, and a second language would be a plus. You have a good understanding of software development life cycle models as well as knowledge of both Agile and traditional project management principles and practices. Ideally, you can blend them together in the right proportions to fit a project and business environment. You display strong communication, organizational, analytical, critical thinking, and team-building skills. You have experience collaborating with diverse teams to build successful solutions. The experience you bring Your experience in the automotive sector would be a plus, but not mandatory. Your experience in other fields will give you the opportunity to challenge our models and bring disruption to our software-driven way of thinking. You have already been successfully involved in any Project management role related to future mobility solutions, with a proven track of records.
