Located close to Vienna, Bratislava, Prague, Budapest, and Munich, Stellantis' most recent plant offers a unique international experience. Stellantis (Peugeot, Citroën, Opel, Fiat, etc.) is a global leader in sustainable, connected, and accessible mobility. The Trnava plant employs 4,500 people and has a production capacity of 350,000 vehicles per year, providing a modern, international, and highly dynamic environment. English is used on a daily basis. YOUR MISSIONS As a Monozukuri & Supply Chain Pilot, you will act at the heart of the plant's industrial and logistics performance: 1. Product / Process / Supply Chain Improvement - Organize and facilitate cross-functional improvement workshops involving plant teams and European suppliers. - Travel across Central Europe to support Stellantis suppliers in continuous improvement initiatives. 2. Monozukuri Methods & Lean Management - Deploy the Monozukuri methodology: value chain optimization, cost reduction, and productivity improvement. - Actively contribute to Lean initiatives: action plan management, routines, problem-solving, and standard development. 3. Supplier Dispute Management & Flow Securing - Analyze supplier claims related to unpaid invoices for direct materials in collaboration with the Finance team. - Analyze goods receipt data in the logistics system and compare it with suppliers' proof of delivery. - Update the unpaid invoice database with the objective of reducing the total litigation amount for the Trnava plant. 4. PROFILE - Engineering degree, Project Management background, or Business School with strong technical sensitivity. - Solid understanding of industrial processes, logistics flows, and automotive products. - Well-organized, structured, pragmatic, with a strong field-oriented mindset. - Excellent communication skills and ability to adapt in an international environment. - Strong interest in cross-functional and transversal management. Contexte du poste : Au sein de l'organisation Achats – Total Production Cost (TPC) pour la région Enlarged Europe, l'équipe souhaite digitaliser et standardiser les outils permettant de tracker les mouvements commerciaux (savings, risques, claims, opportunités, etc.). L'objectif est de disposer d'outils simples, flexibles, évolutifs et dont la maintenance reste à la portée de tous (logique ‘self-service'). Descriptif de poste En tant que VIE Purchasing Digital Performance Project Manager, vous contribuez à la conception, au déploiement et à l'adoption d'outils digitaux de pilotage de la performance Achats TPC. Vous travaillerez en interface avec les équipes Achats locales et régionales, ainsi qu'avec les fonctions Finance/Contrôle de gestion et Digital/IT selon les besoins. Missions • Cartographier les outils existants (fichiers, reportings, bases de données) et identifier les irritants métiers. • Recueillir et formaliser les besoins utilisateurs (workshops, ateliers, cadrage fonctionnel). • Concevoir et déployer des outils de suivi des mouvements commerciaux : savings, risks, claims, opportunités. • Garantir la simplicité d'usage, la flexibilité et l'évolutivité des solutions (standard, règles de gestion, ergonomie). • Mettre en place des indicateurs/KPIs robustes et améliorer la qualité des données (fiabilité, traçabilité). • Documenter les outils (guides courts, modes opératoires) et accompagner la conduite du changement (formation, support). • Proposer des améliorations

Profil recherché • Jeune diplômé(e) (école d'ingénieur, école de commerce ou université) – achats, supply chain, finance, data, digital ou industrie. • Appétence forte pour la digitalisation des processus métiers et la gestion de projet. • Aisance avec les outils data/reporting (Excel avancé, Power BI et/ou outils collaboratifs). • Autonomie, esprit de synthèse, sens du service, capacité à simplifier. • Anglais courant (environnement international- C1/C2). • Proactivité et orientation résultats • Bonnes compétences en communication • Capacités d'analyse et de synthèse Pourquoi nous rejoindre ? • Un poste à fort impact sur la performance Achats TPC en contexte international. • Une expérience terrain au sein d'un site industriel majeur en Slovaquie (Trnava, proche Bratislava et Vienne). • Un environnement multiculturel et des sujets data/digital concrets au service du business.
