Le Product Manager – Smart Maintenance sera responsable de la stratégie, du développement et du déploiement de produits de maintenance prédictive pour les batteries 12V et Haut Voltage (HV), le suivi d'usure des freins et des pneus, ainsi que d'autres composants liés à l'état de santé du véhicule.
Vous évoluerez à l'intersection de l'Unité Logicielle (Software Business Unit), de l'organisation Après‑Vente et des équipes d'ingénierie IA/ML afin de construire des solutions centrées client et basées sur la donnée, capables d'anticiper les défaillances, réduire les immobilisations et améliorer le coût total de possession. Le rôle implique également une collaboration étroite avec d'autres entités software sur l'ensemble de la chaîne E2E afin que les informations soient mises à disposition des clients finaux – particuliers comme flottes – via des points de contact tels que l'application mobile, l'unité centrale du véhicule (Head Unit) et le portail de services pour flottes.

Ce poste nécessite un mix solide de vision produit, de connaissances du domaine automobile, de profondeur technique et de leadership transversal pour lancer sur le marché des fonctionnalités innovantes de Maintenance Intelligente destinées aux véhicules connectés, électrifiés et définis par logiciel.

Responsabilités clés 
Stratégie &amp; Vision Produit : Définir et piloter la feuille de route produit pour les fonctionnalités de Maintenance Intelligente couvrant plusieurs composants du véhicule (initialement batteries 12V/HV, usure des freins et usure des pneus), avec une extension prévue à d'autres systèmes (ex. : chaîne de traction, refroidissement, capteurs ADAS, certificats véhicule).
Conduire les analyses de marché, études des besoins clients, benchmarks concurrentiels et élaboration de business cases afin de prioriser les fonctionnalités en coordination avec la Software BU.
Aligner les parties prenantes – Software BU, Après‑Vente, SWE, Engineering Véhicule – pour garantir la cohérence du produit et son évolutivité à long terme.

Leadership Transversal : Travailler étroitement avec les ingénieurs IA/ML pour transformer les capacités algorithmiques en valeur réelle pour le client, en définissant les besoins en données, les métriques de précision et les critères de validation. Collaborer avec les départements Après‑Vente et Services pour convertir les insights prédictifs en recommandations de maintenance actionnables et opportunités de revenus. Travailler avec les équipes UX/UI afin de concevoir des interfaces intuitives pour les conducteurs comme pour les ateliers.
Coordonner avec les équipes Connectivité, Cloud Backend et Données de télémétrie pour garantir des flux robustes d'ingestion et de traitement de données.

Impact Client &amp; Business Collaborer avec l'Après‑Vente afin d'activer de nouveaux modèles économiques . Surveiller les performances en conditions réelles des fonctionnalités prédictives et piloter l'amélioration continue via des insights analytiques.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Diplôme d'ingénieur ou Master en ingénierie, data science, informatique, ingénierie automobile ou domaine similaire.

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en product management, services connectés, produits IA/ML ou systèmes automobiles.

Bonne compréhension des systèmes électriques véhicule, batteries, composants d'usure ou systèmes de diagnostic (OBD, télémétrie, données CAN).
Expérience avérée au sein d'équipes techniques transverses (software engineering, data science, cloud backend, ingénierie véhicule).
Capacité à traduire des concepts techniques complexes en valeur client et opportunités business.

Expérience des méthodologies agiles, de la gestion de backlog et de la livraison de fonctionnalités.

Expérience avec les plateformes électriques, la gestion de santé des batteries HV ou les systèmes de diagnostic embarqués.
Connaissance des analyses prédictives, du cycle de vie des modèles ML et des architectures de pipelines de données.
Connaissance des normes ISO 26262, SOTIF et standards de cybersécurité.
Expérience en Après‑Vente, opérations atelier ou planification des services.

Le rôle est celui d'un Architecte Solution. En résumé, ce rôle consiste à proposer des solutions techniques basées sur l'IA pour des problèmes ou opportunités déjà identifiés. Plus spécifiquement, il comprend les responsabilités principales suivantes :
Analyser une description existante du problème ou du besoin pour lequel un développement basé sur l'IA peut apporter une aide (par exemple une description figurant dans un Product Requirements Document – PRD). Selon les besoins, recueillir des informations supplémentaires et enrichir le PRD, en collaboration avec le Product Manager.

Créer une proposition d'architecture technique de haut niveau (principalement une architecture logicielle, mais pouvant inclure d'autres éléments comme des étapes manuelles) afin de résoudre au mieux le problème défini. Cette architecture comprend des composants IA ainsi que tout autre composant nécessaire (front-end, back-end, infrastructure, pipelines de données, nouveaux modèles ou modèles de réseaux neuronaux optimisés, données, etc.)

Collaborer avec le Product Manager, le Project Manager et les équipes techniques chargées de la mise en œuvre.

Le rôle se concentre sur la définition des éléments nécessaires pour que la solution complète fonctionne.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Minimum 5 ans d'expérience en conception et livraison de systèmes logiciels en production ; capacité démontrée à définir les limites de service, les API et des architectures évolutives.
Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en développement ou utilisation de solutions basées sur le machine learning, l'IA ou la donnée.
Connaissance pratique de la conception de systèmes IA/ML, incluant pipelines de données, patterns de déploiement et monitoring opérationnel.
Solides bases en architecture data (batch/streaming, modélisation, gouvernance) et capacité à définir les besoins data à partir des besoins produit.
Expérience en infrastructure cloud et modèles de déploiement ; capacité à concevoir des systèmes sécurisés et observables.
Excellentes compétences en documentation technique : diagrammes d'architecture, analyses de compromis, dossiers de décision.

En plus des qualifications requises ci-dessus, les éléments suivants sont un atout :
Expérience dans l'architecture de solutions basées sur les LLM (RAG, recherche vectorielle, agents/tool calling), incluant l'évaluation et la mise en place de garde-fous.
Expérience pratique en MLOps/plateformes ML (CI/CD pour ML, registry de modèles, feature store, monitoring et détection de dérive).
Expérience dans des environnements réglementés et/ou dans la mise en place de contrôles d'IA responsable et d'auditabilité.
Compétences en modélisation des coûts / FinOps pour charges de travail IA (serving GPU, optimisation des coûts token, planification de capacité).
Diplôme dans un domaine de l'ingénierie (informatique, logiciel, machine learning, systèmes intelligents, systèmes de contrôle, mécatronique, systèmes, mécanique…) ou un domaine scientifique (physique, mathématiques…).
Aptitude au travail transversal.
Capacité à fédérer et obtenir l'alignement.

The role combines 70% core business operations execution (invoicing, auditing, receivables, purchasing...) with 30% process improvement, business governance, and performance reporting. Reporting to the Director of Data Governance and Privacy, this role is part of a team dedicated to supporting Mobilisights' operations globally. We are seeking an experienced Data Governance &amp; Privacy Lead with a mix of technical and legal skills to support our operations and maintain internal compliance. This role will also collaborate with the Stellantis data protection team.

MAIN ACTIVITIES
Main responsibilities:
•Design and implement a compliance program aligned with applicable regulations and industry standards, supporting certification efforts in data protection and security.
•Maintain and manage the record of processing activities (ROPA), ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.
•Handle internal data breach management, assess risks, coordinate mitigation efforts, and prepare reports for internal and customer accountability.

•	Assurer le pilotage équipement dans le cadre de son animation.
•	Assurer la montée en compétence des professionnels sous sa responsabilité, contribuer à
l'autonomie des équipes de PRODUCTION.
•	Mettre en œuvre la GMAO COMPAS.
•	Garantir la réactivité lors des interventions de dépannage, par le pilotage des opérationnels
en réactivité (KPI = MTTR maintenance).
•	Garantir la réalisation du préventif et du réglementaire, par le pilotage du portefeuille et
l'engagement (KPI= Taux de réalisation du préventif et du réglementaire, Portefeuille.
•	Garantir l'assistance de la ligne de flux en correctif de niveau 3, et la montée en compétence
de ces équipes (KPI: nombre de pannes longues, niveau de recours 3).
•	Garantir la réalisation du préventif et du réglementaire sous sa responsabilité, par le pilotage du portefeuille et l'engagement (KPI= Taux de réalisation du préventif et du réglementaire, Portefeuille).
•	La gestion de ses dépenses et des budgets de son périmètre selon le contrat d’objectifs

De formation Bac + 2 (DUT, BTS, DTS) en électromécanique ou génie mécanique, électrique.
Une expérience de 5 ans en maintenance.
Bonne maitrise de la pratique écrite et orale de la langue française.

Missions:

Act as the Purchasing Representative for a plant (and vice versa) 
	Member of the plant Director board, dedicated to the plant and located on site.
	Ensure that any major purchasing topic for the plant is handled by central purchasing (anticipation and escalation role).
	Depending on the manufacturing pool organization, the IPM scope could be enlarged to several plants with the target to globalize some supplier contracts and increase savings.

Ensure and enhance purchasing performance towards the plant, with a strong focus on commercial cost reduction 
	Responsible to drive the purchasing performance for the benefit of the carlines or engines produced by the plant
	Animation of action plan related to commercial savings
	Identify any new opportunity to bring cost savings (Monozukuri workshops, Top Supplier Meetings, Audits,…) and ensure their achievement
	Support Commodity Strategy providing plant specific input
	Support the plant for the ISO certification process for indirect purchasing matters

Lead and support continuous improvement initiatives with suppliers
	Ensure that logistics, quality or service issues are handled correctly by central purchasing and escalate if necessary
	Manage the recovery of logistics, indirect and quality claims
	Hold a reinforced role towards local Suppliers (especially just in time Suppliers and service)

Contribute to strategic sourcing decisions
	Participate in elaboration and execution the Plant Want To Be, Sourcing Strategy, Make-or-buy, Sequencing and Supplier Ecosystem.
	Contribute to the launch of new programs on site, together with Program Purchasing Managers.

Interfaces with other Group entities:
All the plant departments, Corporate Purchasing, Engineering (programs), Supply Chain, Finance, IPM network, Program Purchasing Manager

Qualifications:
•Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
•Proven (7+ years) experience in mobile app development for iOS or Android platforms, with a strong portfolio of released applications.
•Excellent proficiency in programming languages such as Swift (iOS) or Kotlin (Android).
•Experience with CI/CD tooling, Jenkins, Teamcity or GitHub actions.
•Experience in integrating mobile apps with cloud services and external APIs or SDKs. Experience in IoT applications a plus.
•Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
•Knowledge of agile development methodologies, working experience in a Scrum/Kanban team.
